Another nine performances of 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' this month. Cat Lane Players are performing 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' at Castle Bromwich Methodist Church, School Lane, Shard End, Birmingham, B34 6SJ on the 19-20 May - and Great Ayton Dramatic Society are also performing the comedy at Christ Church Parochial Hall, Guisborough Road, Great Ayton, Middlesbrough, TS9 6AA from 16 May 2017 to 20 May 2017 and St Anne's Players Bristol are doing 'Village Hall Murders' from May 25-27. Bardfield Players in Braintree are performing 'Calling Time' for three nights from May 18 until May 20

Bethany College Theatre is performing 'Calling Time' at the Wailes Theatre, Steinman Hall, Bethany College Campus, Bethany, West Virginia, USA from 6-9 April 2017. And Olds High School in Red Deer, Canada are performing the play on April 27.

'CCTV' gets an outing in Ireland from the 2-4 December courtesy of the Malthouse Players. It's on a the Community Centre, Mountbellew, County Galway.

November 2016

Faringdon Dramatic Society perform Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders at The Corn Exchange, Faringdon from the 10th to the 12th of November. East Bergholt Dramatic Society presents Agatha Crusty And The Village Hall Murders at The Constable Hall, East Bergholt from 24 November to 26 November. The Minstead Players perform 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' in Minstead Village Hall near Southampton on the 18th and 19th of November. Purvies Productions are doing Calling Time at Sutton St James Scout Headquarters, Macclesfield, on the 19th of November. And, on the same night, Greysandfavour are performing 'Dirty Business' at the Drill Hall, Chepstow.

October 2016

Hazlemere Players are doing 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' in Hazelmere Community Centre, Hazlemere, High Wycombe, Bucks on October 21 and 22. And the comedy gets yet another performance courtesy ofThe Monkton Players at West Monkton Village Hall, Somerset from 27-29 Oct 2016. The Woolgatherers of Heswall are also performing it from the 27-29 October at Heswall Hall, Wirral.

May 2016

Purvies Productions ADG are performing ‘Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders’ from 12-14 May at Sutton St James and from May 11 to 14 The Village Players performed it in Pilning Village Hall near Bristol. Castor Amateur Theatrical Society are also doing it on May 20 and 21 at Caister Town Hall in Market Rasen, and on the same days Cockerham Variety Productions will be performing it in Preston. A few days later from the 26-28 May, St Peter's Hill Players are doing the comedy at the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham. Meanwhile new Agatha Crusty murder mystery comedy – 'Agatha Crusty and the Mighty Midget Murders' in starting to take off with a performance by Ovingdean Little Theatre in Ovingdean, near Brighton.

Now Agatha Crusty gets her first German performance! Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders is being performed by the English Theatre Buxtehude at the Kulturforum in Buxtehude, Germany from the 7-17 April 2016. Also opening the same day, HATS in Urmston, Manchester are also doing 'Village Hall' at the St Hugh of Lincoln Parish Hall until April 9.

November 2015

The Clarendon Players are performing 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' at The Memorial Hall, Wootton Bassett from Nov 12-14. And Double-Act will be performing at Corfe Castle Village Hall from the 19th to the 21st November. 'Village Hall Murders' is also set to go to Port Talbot on Nov 11-13 at Baglan Community Hall with Port Talbot Little Theatre, the Market Weighton Community Players are performing Agatha and Co at the Market Weighton Social Club in Yorkshire from the 12th to the 14th of November, and then up to Kilbarchan in Renfrewshire at the East Church Hall, Kilbarchan - Nov 27-28

October 2015

Chestnut Dramatic Society are performing Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders at Goffs Oak Village Hall from 1-3 October. Agatha Crusty and the Murder Mystery Dinner goes to the USA where Santa Clara Players are performing it in California with 11 performances in October and November!

3A Players of Milton Keynes are performing the latest Agatha Crusty murder mystery comedy - Agatha Crusty and the Murder Mystery Dinner at the Chrysalis Theatre, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, Bucks on Thurs/Fri September 3 and 4 at 7.30 and Saturday Sept 2 at 2pm.

Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders plays in Cuffley, Herts at Cuffley Hall from the 2nd to the 4th July. And at the Studio, Widnes with Split Ends Theatre Company on July 10. Moulton Drama Group give 'Calling Time' another outing, this time at the Davenham Players Theatre from 15-27 July!

Shinfield Players Theatre are performing 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' from June 8-11 in Shinfield Players Theatre, Reading; Cleadon Village Drama Club are doing it at the Little Theatre, Cleadon Village in South Shields from June 8-13; and WADAMS are performing 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders' at the Ellendine Centre, Wroughton, Wiltshire on the 24th and 25th June. At the same time, Nannerch Players are performing 'Agatha Crusty and the Murder Mystery Dinner' from June 25-28 in Nannerch Memorial Hall, Nannerch, Mold. Plus 'Calling Time' does a turn in Folkestone at The Grand Hotel on the 25th - 27th June.

Lane End Players perform Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders at Lane End Village Hall, Bucks on May 1,2,8 and 9. Phoenix Players are putting on Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders at the Bear Pit Theatre, Stratford upon Avon from the 20th to the 23rd May. And the Leckhampton Players are on from the 27 - 30 May.

'Dirty Business' goes to Switzerland. 'Gruppa da Teater dal Tereal d'Aint' are performing it on Feb 18 in Val Müstair, Switzerland (close to the border with South Tyrol, Italy) - and it's been translated into Romansh (the fourth language of Switzerland). Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders gets an outing with St Ambrose Players at St Ambrose Church Hall in Leyland from the 18-21 February.

November 2014

Littleton Players are performing 'Agatha' at the Littleton Millennium Memorial Hall on 31 Oct and Nov 1. TOADS - Totley Operatic and Dramatic Society in Sheffield are performing Agatha from November 19 - 22.

'Calling Time' is performed by the Bradfordians in the Swan Cellar Bar, Bradford on Avon the same day!

And down under in Australia, 'Dirty Business' opens at the Grafton Theatre on September 20th running to September 29.

Plus Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders is being performed by the Maulden Players on September 6 and 7 in Maulden, Beds. And on the same days, Rutherglen Repertory Theatre will be producing Agatha Crusty at Rutherglen Town Hall.

'Waiting for Gordon' featured on a TV programme about the YFC 1-Act Festival on S4C - the Welsh Channel 4.

'Waiting for Gordon' is in the finals of the YFC festival at the Swansea Grand Theatre on Sunday March 3. Dunlop Players win The Ayrshire Youth Trophy (Winning Youth Team) and The James B. Love Trophy (Highest Acting Marks, Youth) with Getting the Breaks at the 1-Act Festival at the Eastwood Theatre. Ayrshire for the SCDA one act festival.

'Calling Time' gets another outing at Elmore Hall, Gloucester, performed by the Village Players - 18-21 April. Premiere of '100 Minutes' - drama about Denys Corbett Wilson, the first person to fly from the UK to Ireland in April 1912, with performances in Fishguard on April 21 and Wexford on April 26. 'Needle Time' performed at the Grand Theatre, Swansea, April 28. 'Calling Time' being performed in Connecticut, USA on May 18 and Minstead, UK on May 19. 'Losing It' and 'CCTV' both entered for Wales 1-Act Festival. CCTV gets 'Best Presentation' and 'Best Supporting Actor' for Clarbeston Road Players. New play specially written for the National Trust performed at Stackpole Court in Pembrokeshire. CCTV performed by the Largs Players in Ayrshire. 'Is' book signings in Waterstones, Bristol and Swindon. The Grange Players give CCTV another outing in the Grange Hall, Southam on September 28 and 29. New adaptation of 'The Chimes' by Charles Dickens published by New Theatre Publications. Also two new 1-act plays - 'Needle Time' and 'Roy Brown: Untitled'. Stage 2 perform 'Calling Time' in Berrow Village Hall on the 13th to the 15th of December.

October: Roy Brown: Untitled - a brand new comedy about Roy (of Bringing Back the Bluestones fame) and his attempts to take the art world by storm. At the Grand Theatre, Swansea on October 29 at 12.30pm. Skegness Playgoers performance of 'Calling Time'. November: Shirley Players perform 'Calling Time' in Croydon and Command Performers' production in High Wycombe. Book signing of 'Is' in Waterstones - Reading Oracle. 'Man's View' the story of a reunion between three girls which reveals untold secrets is playing in Aldermaston on November 3-5th. Plenty of fireworks guaranteed!

Aimed at 9-12 year olds, Is is about a girl who thinks she is the great Victorian engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, reincarnated! June: Firewall - a one act play for youth groups is shortlisted in the Drama Association of Wales new writing competition.
August: Man's View selected by Fluellen Theatre Company as one of four plays to launch Lunchtime Theatre at The Grand Theatre, Swansea.

'Garden Duty' a short screenplay about a German POW working as a gardener in England during the 2nd World War was a semi-fianlist in the British Short Screenplay competition, the largest and most prestigious screenplay competition in the world.
'Goodbye Simon' a short play about recently deceased Simon and the women in his life, has been selected for performance during the Word Market festival in Cumbria during February 2008
